Robertson
Plus is dedicated to providing practical support for organisations establishing
themselves within the country. Predominantly, we are concerned with language
training, but we can also help with economic, social and cultural briefings
and other specialist courses.
Good Quality Language Teaching
There
is a growing need for a quality teaching of Serbian language by trained teachers
that are experienced in teaching in a business and diplomatic environments.
Robertson Plus worked hard on creating a place that would offer a range of
courses that are held under careful monitoring and supervision.
Teaching
can be arranged either on a one-to-one basis or in groups of individuals with
similar abilities and needs, ensuring a high level of personal attention.
Courses are arranged to suit the requirements of each student, either intensively
– which means concentrated full-time tuition for a number of weeks – or else
at a more measured pace over a longer period.
Our Teaching Methods are flexible
We
adopt the approach which best suits the learning style and specific requirements
of each student. Our tutors are able to asses the needs and abilities of individual
students and adopt the teaching methods accordingly. Our courses are practical
and up to date, which means that we teach expressions and phrases used in
‘real’ life situations that correspond with customs and culture of today’s

Tutors
As
a minimum, we appoint teachers that are all:

- Graduates
- Trained and qualified as teachers
- Experienced in adult language teaching
- Experienced in teaching in a business environment
- Lively, humorous and confident
Quality
assurance and client satisfaction are constantly monitored throughout each
programme. Provision is sensitively adjusted in step with the student’s progress
and needs.
Students Achieve Their Objectives
A
study plan is agreed at the start of each programme. Course objectives are
identified for each student and a realistic set of goals is determined based
on a detailed assessment of the student’s particular experience, needs and
abilities. In –course review ensures effective progress toward these objectives.
We
encourage students to aim for one of several levels of language proficiency:
Survival level
Operational level
Functional level
Proficiency
These
levels of ability range from very basic conversational skills through to near-native
ability, where making presentations or undertaking business negotiations in
the target language is quite feasible.
